DMCA Policy for Kitchen Tools & Techniques

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, Kitchen Tools & Techniques will promptly investigate the claim and, if applicable, remove or disable access to the infringing content. We reserve the right to terminate the accounts of repeat infringers in accordance with the DMCA.
If you believe your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification that includes:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and its location prior to removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your location, as well as your agreement to accept service of process from the party who provided the original DMCA notification.
Kitchen Tools & Techniques will forward any counter-notifications to the party who submitted the original claim. Please be aware that submitting false claims or counter-claims may have legal consequences.
